Two Supreme Courts, One Conversation: Justice, Ethics, and Comparative Law

Professor Oren Tamir, who currently teaches constitutional and administrative law at the University of Arizona Law School,  will discuss his experience as a clerk to the Israeli Supreme Court and how Israeli constitutional law and case administration may be compared with that of the U.S. Supreme Court.   Co-presenter Retired City Magistrate George T. Anagnost will provide further insights into the U.S. judicial system comparisons and raise important ethical questions for the audience’s consideration.
