The legislature recently amended ARS 14-3971 to change the limits for a small estate affidavit from $75k for personal property/$100k for real property to $200k for personal property/$300k for real property. Join Nancy Giles and Jessica Clark as they discuss the significance of this change, the potential benefits, as well as the increased risk factors. Learn how this change could affect the overall landscape of probate administration and litigation. This presentation will give you insightful knowledge and explain why this small shift could result in an increase of fraud and fights among beneficiaries/heirs.
