Derek Debus, Esq., is a Marine infantry veteran and the Director of Military and Veterans Law at Stone Rose Law, PLLC. He is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs and admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona. His practice focuses entirely on representing Veterans in pursuit of their earned benefits.
Richard Palmatier, Esq., retired after a career as an Army Judge Advocate in 2010, advising on the full spectrum of military law issues, including assignments as the Human Resources Officer and Chief of Staff. He became accredited for VA practice in 2010, working in a small office setting, focused on agency and Board of Veterans Appeals representation, with some appeals to the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He joined the State Bar of Arizona in the General Counsel’s office, focused on conservatorships, employment law, and support to the ethics hotline. He remains accredited by the VA and assists with occasional case reviews with a Texas veterans disability firm.
