Unfortunately, after the pandemic many businesses have been unable to survive, this financial distress is exacerbated by SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDLs) and the lack of meaningful hardship programs. This program will discuss the Arizona State laws designed to help businesses dissolve and deal with their creditors. We will also discuss business owner personal guarantees and dealing with SBA EIDLs.
